Heading north of the Alaska Range for a few days next week. Spring in Alaska will be in full bloom, so I plan to drive north along the Parks Highway, with a stop at Denali National Park, spend a few days in Fairbanks, and traverse the Richardson Highway on my return. This 700-mile round-trip offers many photographic opportunities to view the famed Alaska Pipeline, old gold mine remnants, and plenty of Alaska wildlife and scenery. Traveling with me will be my Calumet 4×5 Wood Field, a variety of lenses and filters, and some of my favorite films, like TMax 400, Ilford HP5+, and Arista EDU 100. Will post a few photographs of my trip later.
